Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery address and available shipping options. Free shipping is available on Australian orders over $150.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays or peak periods. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we may not be able to update an order once it has been dispatched.

For alcohol deliveries, the recipient may be required to provide proof of age and accept delivery in accordance with applicable laws.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help resolve it.
