It is a blend of high corn bourbon whiskey and four-grain bourbon whiskey from 1-2 distilleries, all of which have their own proprietary yeast and mash bills. All barrels are at least four years old.

Method:

1️⃣ In a rocks glass, muddle the sugar cube with bitters (or stir in simple syrup).

2️⃣Add :

- 60ml Whiskey Row 18th Century Bourbon

- 1 sugar cube or 10ml simple syrup

- 2 dashes Angostura bitters

- Orange peel for garnish

3️⃣ Garnish with a twist of orange peel (express the oils over the glass).

4️⃣ Optional: Add a large clear ice cube for the perfect slow melt.
