🍋 Pisco Sour Recipe
Method:
1️⃣ Dry shake all ingredients (no ice) to emulsify the egg white.
- 60ml Demonio de los Andes Acholado Pisco
- 30ml fresh lime juice 🍋
- 20ml sugar syrup
- 15ml egg white (optional for foam) 🥚
2️⃣ Add ice and shake again hard for 10 seconds.
3️⃣ Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
