We've put together 4 Classic cocktails that highlight the best features of all our amazing rums. So get mixing with these simple, delicious cocktail recipes.

This timeless libation is often regarded as the predecessor to the renowned Daiquiri, The drink of choice for Cuban revolutionaries. The Canchanchara has since become a national favourite for Cubans everywhere. It's easy to see why; you'll discover the harmonious interplay of rich spiced rum, the sweetness of honey, and the vibrant zest of lime.
60ml Black Tears Cuban Dry Spiced Rum
20ml Honey Syrup (3:1 Honey to water)
Shake ingredients with ice and single strain to lowball filled with ice. Garnish with Lime.

To Celebrate Rum-Bar Silver, we've created the Silvers End, A modern take on a Fog Cutter; We felt the rum should shine in this cocktail, so we've elevated it into a coupe to reveal all the wonderful aroma this cocktail brings whilst maintaining the tiki roots of the Fog Cutter.
30ml Rum-Bar Gold
15ml Giffard Cherry Brandy
15ml Pau Maui Vodka
15ml Lime Juice
10ml Tiki Sugar Syrup
Fine strain into a coupette and garnish with 1 mint leaf.
To make Tiki Sugar Syrup: Lightly toast 6 Cinnamon Sticks, 4 Cloves, 4 Peppercorns, 1 star anise.
Then, Combine 2 Cups Almonds, All spices, 2 cups sugar and 1.5 Cups water. Stir over medium heat until steaming, allow to chill to room temperature, express 2 oranges of oil into the mix, Strain through cheesecloth then a fine oil filter. Store for up to 30 days chilled.
Picture this: it's the '70s, and at the legendary Soggy Dollar Bar, sun-soaked patrons would swim ashore with their cash pockets soaked. Their resourceful bartenders had a trick up their sleeves! Whilst everyone's wallets dried up in the tropical sun, they used the time to whip up a concoction of Pineapple, Overproof Rum, Coconut, and Orange Juice. And thus, the Painkiller was born.

45ml Rum-Bar Overproof Jamaican Rum
90ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
25ml Fresh Orange Juice
15ml Giffard Coconut Fruit for Mix
2 Drops Saline
Shake ingredients with ice, Strain and top with more ice, grated nutmeg and orange slice.
Beloved by bartenders everywhere, The Daiquiri is revered for its simple formula of 3 Parts Spirit, 2 Parts Sour, 1 Part Sweet. (Thats a great idea, someone should name a drinks company after that!)
We've changed this one up by adding some delicious Giffard Passionfruit Syrup. You can easily make this cocktail your own by substituting the syrup for any flavour you like.
60ml Rum-Bar Gold
30ml Fresh Pressed Lime Juice
15ml Giffard Passionfruit Syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice, Strain into Coupette.
